("SPI Energy" orthe "Company") (NASDAQ: SPI), a global provider of photovoltaic (“PV”)solutions for business, residential, government and utility customers andinvestors, today announced the closing of the sale of the 3.5MW Tissingtonsolar project to Marina Energy. The project, located in New Jersey, has beenproviding clean, renewable solar power to the Crystal Springs Resort as part ofthe largest resort-based solar farm in the northeastern US. The site containsmore than 19,000 solar panels and is located on a 25-acre field.
