SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA – October 8, 2020 – SPI Energy Co., Ltd., (NASDAQ: SPI) (the "Company"), a global provider of photovoltaic (PV) solutions for business, residential, government, and utility customers and investors, received a letter from Nasdaq on October 7, 2020confirming that as of October 6, 2020 the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s market value listing requirement.
The Company was notified on March 23, 2020 that it had failed to meet the market value requirement under Nasdaq Stock Market Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A). SPI Energy is now in compliance with the rule and Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
